The body is red, the ogive is red or white

A 3 cm black ring below the driving band indicates steel bullets

Remarks:

The Dopp. Z. S/43 is graduated up to 33 lines, but burns up to 43”

The gun fires both fixed ammunition, with the the propelling charge put into the cartridge-case, and separate ammunition, with the charges contained in pouches.

For fixed ammunition:

For separate ammunition:

I charge: 963 g of 190x9x6 nitroglycerine powder

II charge: 587 g of 115x9x6 nitroglycerine powder

It used the same shells of the 105mm L/30 gun and of all the 105mm field howitzers

1340 g of tubular nitroglycerine powder

For separate ammunition:

I charge: 380 g of 450x11x9.5 + 410 g of 225x11x9,5 tubular nitroglycerine powder

II charge: 410 g of 224x11x9,5 tubular nitroglycerine powder
