Remarks :

Howitzer à tir accéléré, equipped with an elastic spade, which allowed the howitzer to come back into the firing position, after having recoiled, by means trail springs. In 1903 it was equipped with the Ghenea” pedestal sight, used for direct and indirect laying. It was not fitted for an independent line of sight. In 1915 a shield was added to protect the gunners. In 1902 two four-guns batteries were assigned to 2nd artillery regiment in Bucharest, followed by three more batteries assigned to 1st, 2nd and 3rd regiment. In 1916 the Romanian Army had 31 of these howitzers.
