Not raised as independent unit, since in September 1912 its 1^st division replaced 2^nd division of 1^st Artillery Regiment, while its 2^nd Division was assigned to 11^th Artillery Regiment Raised as 2^nd not QF artillery division in September 1915 at the mobilization Rearmed with 105mm QF mountain howitzers and became the 3^rd artillery division of the 12^th artillery regiment on 15 April 1916 (Field Army Order N° 271) – its three batteries had only 2 howitzers Become 1^st artillery division of the 27^th artillery regiment on 31 November 1917 (Field Army Order N° 1174)
