The Turkish Artillery in 1914
It is not easy to establish precisely the number and distribution of
Turkish artillery at the beginning of the conflict. The Turkish Official
History of the First World War is rich in information, but the data in the
various volumes are confused and sometimes contradictory. Therefore, I
preferred to report the figures that, beyond some marginal differences,
appear more complete and that substantially agree with each other. |
